Display stand - a metal structure that presents information to the public. In order to display the displayed information to as many people as possible, and to maximize the display effect, the display stand is usually placed on a channel with a large flow of people. It can be placed on the underside, on the wall or on the ceiling. It may be an indoor passage or an outdoor passage. Some larger advertising stands may also be placed in public places. Although these displays are statically displayed, they are always subjected to various complex loads, such as:
1. The display stand placed on the floor of the indoor passage is subjected to irregular collision, non-directional, and non-quantitative human impact impact;
2. The display rack placed on an indoor wall or ceiling may be subjected to less load, usually vibration of the building, airflow driven by people flow, airflow of air conditioning, or accidental object impact;
3. The display stand placed on the floor of the outdoor passage, in addition to the above-mentioned human impact, also bears complex air pressure and pressure loads, including the high-speed driving of the car to generate airflow, non-directional, non-quantitative natural wind, and even typhoon, accidental gas. Vortex
4. The display stand placed on the outdoor wall, canopy and open space, in addition to the above-mentioned airflow and airflow, also bears the vibration load caused by the car driving, engineering construction and earthquake.
As mentioned above, they are all alternating pulsating loads, which are the most unfavorable loads that cause metal and structural fatigue. Because of such complicated load action, in addition to satisfying its own structural support, the structure of the display frame should also consider additional structural rigidity and strength designed to withstand various adverse loads (such as various additional loads mentioned above). It is guaranteed to display the safety of the rack itself under the relative limit and to minimize the damage to the surrounding environment and human body. In view of this, the display frame should be designed, manufactured and installed with the following five points:
1. The structure should be designed with sufficient safety factor;
2. In the production process of parts, raw materials and processes should be able to fully meet the design requirements;
3. When the parts are set up, the required connecting bolts should ensure that the assembled parts are strong enough to withstand the strength and reliability of the alternating pulsating load, that is, the bolts need to have sufficient strength level and prevent the alternating pulsating load. The resulting structure is loose, that is, the bolt should have a highly reliable anti-loosening effect;
4. When the product is transported over long distances, due to the long-term uninterrupted vibration in the car, the bolts should have sufficient anti-loose performance to avoid loosening of the mechanism after reaching the destination;
5. During on-site construction, each component will be assembled into a final unit, either fixed to the attached body, or welded, or threaded. When using a threaded connection, the requirements are the same as point 3 above.
The first and second points above are completed by the host factory, and the anti-loose treatment scheme for the bolts required at points 3, 4 and 5 can provide a variety of solutions for reference.
