Automatic exhaust valves are used in ducted exhaust systems such as independent heating systems, district heating systems, heating boilers, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating systems. Because the water usually dissolves in a certain amount of air, and the solubility of the air decreases with the increase of temperature, the gas gradually separates from the water during the process of circulation, and gradually gathers together to form large bubbles or even gas columns. Because of the supplement of water, there are often gases. The exhaust valve includes an air conditioning exhaust valve, a solar exhaust valve, a heating exhaust valve, and a boiler exhaust valve.
The working principle of the automatic exhaust valve:
When there is gas in the system, the gas will climb up the pipe and eventually gather at the highest point of the system, and the exhaust valve is usually installed at the highest point of the system. When the gas enters the exhaust valve cavity, it gathers in the upper part of the exhaust valve. As the gas in the valve increases, the pressure rises. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the gas will lower the water surface in the cavity, and the float will fall with the water level, and open. exhaust vent. After the gas is exhausted, the water level rises and the float rises, closing the exhaust port. By the same token, when a negative pressure is generated in the system, the water surface in the valve chamber drops and the exhaust port opens. Since the external atmospheric pressure is greater than the system pressure at this time, the atmosphere enters the system through the exhaust port to prevent the danger of negative pressure. If the bonnet on the exhaust valve body is tightened, the exhaust valve stops venting. Normally, the bonnet should be open.
Installation points for automatic exhaust valve:
1. The exhaust valve must be installed vertically, that is, the internal buoy must be in a vertical state to avoid affecting the exhaust;
2. When installing the exhaust valve, it is best to install it together with the block valve, so that when the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the system can be sealed and the water will not flow out;
3. The exhaust valve is generally installed at the highest point of the system, which is beneficial to improve the exhaust efficiency.

A gabion box is a Wire Mesh container filled with stones or other materials used for various civil engineering and landscaping purposes. It is typically made of galvanized steel wire mesh, which is woven into a box shape and then filled with stones or rocks. The gabion box is used to create retaining walls, erosion control structures, and other barriers in construction projects. It provides stability and strength while allowing water to flow through, making it suitable for applications such as riverbank protection, slope stabilization, and landscaping features. Gabion boxes are versatile and durable, making them a popular choice in civil engineering and landscaping projects worldwide.
