The electro-hydraulic reversing valve control oil x can take the P port of the independent oil circuit (internal control), or an independent oil source (external control).

For the high pressure hydraulic system (high P pressure), in order to prevent the reversing impact, the control oil x cannot take the autonomous P port, and an independent oil source with a lower pressure is required, that is, an external control type is adopted.

When using external control, the flow rate of the independent oil source shall not be less than 15% of the maximum flow rate of the main valve to ensure the commutation time requirement.

For the low pressure hydraulic system (low P pressure), the control oil x can take the P port of the independent oil circuit, that is, the internal control type.

When using internal control, the main oil circuit must guarantee the minimum control pressure (0.3 ~ 0.5MPa).

The oil return y of the solenoid valve can be taken out separately (external leakage), or it can be communicated with the main valve return port T in the valve body and discharged back to the fuel tank (internal leakage).

For the system with high pressure at the main valve return port T, in order to prevent the T back pressure from being too high, the pilot valve return oil y is too high, causing the main valve commutation resistance to be too large, and the return oil y should be separated from the T, separately returning to the fuel tank. That is, the use of the external type.

For systems with low pressure at the return port T, the return oil y can communicate with T, using internal leakage.
