On-site test operation method of vacuum switch vacuum degree tester

On-site test operation method of vacuum switch vacuum degree tester
The purpose of vacuum switch vacuum tester is divided into two categories:
1. Used for the quality control of the arc extinguishing chamber in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber production line and the storage inspection of the arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker manufacturer.
2. The vacuum tester is used to detect the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter on the switch installation machine. This type of test is mainly used for routine maintenance of the power supply department and the determination of the ability of the vacuum interrupter to withstand in the capacity test.
Test operation method of vacuum switch vacuum degree tester:
1. Connect
Connect the magnetron current output terminal on the panel to the magnetron coil through the wire, so that the contact of the arc extinguishing chamber is in a sub-state. Quiet end. Note that the high-voltage line should be left floating. (As shown in FIG)
Note: There should be enough distance between the coil and the high voltage output. After checking the connection is correct, you can boot. Press the power switch of the instrument panel to "ON", the highest digit of the display will display the flashing "P.", indicating that the instrument is operating normally. If P is not displayed, press the reset button to display P, otherwise the host will malfunction , Can be measured after the above is normal.
2. Tube type selection
When measuring, first select the tube type, a variety of tube types have been stored in the instrument, see the attached table for details. 1. Pipe type selection operation mode:
Press [SELECT key] to make its indicator light on, use [+ key] or [-key] to adjust the tube type parameter, when the tube type display is consistent with the measured tube type code, then press [SELECT key] to make its indicator light Off, press [Measurement key] to make its indicator light on, the instrument is in the measurement state.

3. If the pipe type to be measured is not given in the manual, the pipe type with the similar size and the same wiring method can be used instead.
4. If there are no substitute parameters, you can press [Check Key], which can directly give the ionization current. Generally speaking, the ionization current (A) is 2 orders of magnitude smaller than the vacuum degree (Pa).
5. Measurement steps:
When the keys are in invalid state or only [verify key] is valid, press [measure key], the instrument will automatically complete all the measurement, calculation, display and whole process, and directly give the vacuum value (or current value) of the arc extinguishing chamber ). If you need to print the measurement results, then press the print key, the measurement results will be printed directly.
The measurement steps performed by the computer in the instrument are as follows:
Start high voltage → measure leakage current → automatically turn off the high voltage, turn on the charging switch → voltage to the specified value → restart the high voltage, at the same time start the magnetron current, measure leakage + ionization leakage → deduct leakage → current into vacuum value → display, print . If [Check Key] is valid, the current value is displayed.
The vacuum tester adopts the method of starting the high voltage twice. If the instrument returns to the initial state after starting the high voltage for the first time, the "P" flashes, and the instrument refuses to check. It should be checked whether the vacuum tube is in a closed state. If not, the tube has been severely leaked or completely leaked.
6. Print
Press the print key to print this measurement result.
7. Reset
Press the reset button, the instrument returns to the initial state.
8. About buttons
All the buttons on the panel, if the indicator above it is on, it means the button is valid, otherwise it is invalid. If the key is valid, press the key again, the indicator light is off, the key is in an invalid state.

Achromatic Lens

An achromatic lens or achromat is a lens that is designed to limit the effects of chromatic and spherical aberration. Achromatic lenses are corrected to bring two wavelengths (typically red and blue) into focus in the same plane.

The most common type of achromat is the achromatic doublet, which is composed of two individual lenses made fromglasses with different amounts of dispersion. Typically, one element is a negative (concave) element made out of flint glasssuch as F2, which has relatively high dispersion, and the other is a positive (convex) element made of crown glass such as BK7, which has lower dispersion. The lens elements are mounted next to each other, often cemented together, and shaped so that the chromatic aberration of one is counterbalanced by that of the other.

In the most common type (shown), the positive power of the crown lens element is not quite equalled by the negative power of the flint lens element. Together they form a weak positive lens that will bring two different wavelengths of light to a common focus. Negative doublets, in which the negative-power element predominates, are also made.
