The material uses PTT and PET composite fibers. Together with FUJIX's yarn processing technology, the stretchability is improved by about 20% compared to the use of a stretchable nylon 66 sewing thread. RSS50 has a high follow-up to stretch fabrics. In addition to sewing techniques such as sawtooth cracks or flat seams to compensate for insufficient stretchability of sewing threads, it is possible to use limited equipment to sew stretchable garments.
In addition, compared with the conventional PTT stretchable sewing thread, the sewing machine needle can be used in a high-speed running industrial sewing machine because it has the most suitable balance between elongation and shrinkage in consideration of the operation of the upper thread of the sewing machine needle and the passing needle. There are three types of colors: white, black and primary colors. More colors will be introduced in the future.
