High-frequency welding thin-wall H-beam fire protection design and structure need to consider what issues

In the design of high-frequency welding of thin-wall H-beams, the fire protection design of the thin-walled H-beams is generally taken into account. What problems should be considered in the fire protection design and construction of high-frequency welding thin-wall H-beams?
1. All high-frequency welded thin-wall H-beam engineering designs with fire protection requirements shall include the contents of fire protection design, including the determination of the fire-resistant time limit of the components, the type, thickness, construction and calculation of fire-retardant coatings or plates, and the performance of fire-proof materials. Technical requirements such as construction, inspection and acceptance, as well as the fire protection design and construction or material specifications, etc.
2. The well-designed high-frequency welded thin-wall H-beam project fire protection category and the building fire protection rating should be carefully and carefully determined, and if necessary, the fire protection department should jointly agree with the security standards.
3. When important steel column members are protected by fireproof coatings, thick-coated fire-retardant coatings should generally be used, and the joints should be thickened. When the adhesive strength of the fire-retardant coating used is less than or equal to 0.05 MPa, a wire mesh connected to the steel member shall be provided in the coating. When using fireproof panels to outsource fire protection, rigid fireproof panels shall be used. When the number of cladding layers is equal to or greater than 12 layers, each laminate shall be separately provided. The panel joints shall be staggered by not less than 400mm.
4. When the load-bearing steel beam members are made of thick-coated fireproof material, the important joints should be thickened. In any of the following cases, a wire mesh connected to the steel girder shall be provided in the coating. (1) Steel beams subjected to vibration; (2) Beams with a coating thickness greater than or equal to 40 mm; (3) When the strength of a fire-retardant coating for beams is less than or equal to 0.05 MPa; (4) Beam web height exceeds 1.5 m Time.
5, there are fire protection requirements for high frequency welding of thin-walled H-shaped steel roof, should use solid abdominal cross-section, if the use of truss structure, should adopt T-steel section (or round tube square, rectangular tube cross-section) rod, not Double-angle steel combined with gusset plate with T-section or double-slotted steel combination with gusset plate section.
6. When pressure-type steel plate is used as the load-bearing steel bar and there is a requirement for fat fire in the combined floor cover, if the plate type (such as a dovetail plate) with self-fire resistance is selected, the overall refractory time limit should meet the fire resistance requirements of the load-bearing floor cover (and National inspection agency inspection certification) instead of having to use fire protection coating. At the same time, if the space under the floor is closed with non-combustible sheets, the pressure plate may not be fireproofed.
7. Fire-proof materials for roof and floor steel components should be thin coating or light fireproof. If necessary, the quality of fireproof materials should be included in the structural calculation load.
It is very important to do a good fire protection design in high-frequency welding of thin-wall H-beams. This is related to the fire performance and normal use of high-frequency welded thin-wall H-beams, so pay more attention to them.
