The "Measures" make it clear that Hebei Province will strengthen green technology intellectual property protection; implement green technology popularization actions; strengthen green technology collaborative innovation and opening to the outside world, promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei green technology collaborative innovation, and encourage Beijing-Tianjin universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprises to Hebei Province has set up R & D institutions to promote coordinated innovation in green technology application areas such as the joint prevention and control of air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Green Winter Olympics, to optimize the green technology innovation environment in the province and create a green-driven development ecology.
