On August 27th, Asia's first fully hydraulic intelligent deep well drilling rig was unveiled in Suining, and the successful assembly of this rig was the local enterprise in the national-level Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone. According to reports, the rig will gradually develop from “Suining Assembly†to “é‚å®é€ â€, bringing a “quality†breakthrough to the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry, one of the leading industries in Suining.
The deep well drilling rig project entered the Guokai District in August 2013 and is committed to the R&D, design, manufacture and sales of petroleum hydraulic complete sets of equipment. The project will be constructed in three phases. After completion, the project will realize an annual output of 40 sets of “full hydraulic intelligent deep well drilling rigsâ€. At present, the first phase of the project has completed the construction of the component assembly plant, office area, drilling rig assembly and functional test site. The introduction of the German Herrenknecht TI-350T drilling rig and completion of assembly, domestic matching and joint commissioning will be handed over to China's oil and gas. The group is used for exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Sichuan.
This deep well drilling rig has no winch, no wire rope, no crane, no cruiser, full hydraulic drive, remote automatic control, high efficiency and suitable for harsh exploration and mining environment. "The project has a broad market prospect and is a new benchmark for Suining to develop equipment manufacturing industry. It will attract hundreds of related companies to Suining." Liu Fenghua, director of the National Development Zone Management Committee, introduced this.
