Announcement by the Ministry of Health on Quality Standards of 14 Food Additives including Phosphate Double Starch

According to the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and 9 departments of the Ministry of Health, the "Circular on Strengthening the Supervision and Administration of Food Additives" (Weixuanfa [2009] No. 89) stipulated that, following review, 14 phosphate ester double starches were announced Food additive quality specifications.
