Our factory has an annual output of nearly 300,000 dry thin-walled (δ1.5mm) cylinder liners. In order to improve the dressing effect of the centerless grinding wheel and ensure the quality indicators of the grinding cylinder, we have designed an adjustable centerless grinding wheel dresser. The trimmer structure is shown in the figure. It consists of a compression screw 1, a coolant joint 2, a dresser body 3 and a diamond pen 4. The body of the dresser is drilled with a slanted hole at an angle of φ13 mm from the center line, intersecting the center line at a depth of 30 mm. The inclined hole is used to fix the diamond pen 4 having a diameter of φ12 mm. The screw 1 presses the diamond pen 4. The coolant joint 2 is located at the bottom of the inclined hole.
