Dear bucket powder, have you encountered a problem of slow steering during the construction of the excavator? If you encounter such a situation during the operation, it will inevitably slow down the construction progress. Today, Doosan Jun will solve the problem of slow steering of the excavator.
First, the excavator's hydraulic steering system should be checked for leaks. When the excavator has a large loss of hydraulic oil, the system pressure will drop, resulting in unstable steering cylinder and motor movement, and finally the steering will be slow and weak. In severe cases, even the steering will not be able to turn. Leakage failure.
The main causes of leakage failure are as follows:
Sealed parts use wear or aging, oil pipe joints can not be matched, interface gaps, improper sealing or oil pipe rupture leading to oil leakage, etc., should be repaired in time.
Secondly, the quality and quantity of hydraulic oil is also the key to directly affect the steering system. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should be systematically checked. When the hydraulic oil is too small, the hydraulic pump will supply insufficient oil and the steering of the equipment will be slow. Therefore, the hydraulic oil should be added to the specified liquid level; when the hydraulic oil is not clean or there is foreign matter in the tank, the impurities entering the hydraulic system This can cause damage to the seal or damage to the components, causing internal leakage to increase, causing slow steering. To this end, the oil quality of the hydraulic oil should be carefully checked. If there is any impurity in the oil, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time and the entire hydraulic system should be cleaned.
When air enters the hydraulic system, even a small amount of air will have a greater impact on the system, causing the steering cylinder to creep, reducing the efficiency of the hydraulic system, causing slow steering.
The way to enter the hydraulic system is: the joint of the steering pump suction pipe is loose or the oil pipe is broken; the steering pump is poorly sealed; the oil level in the oil tank is too low, so that the oil suction pipe or the oil return pipe is exposed to the liquid surface; the hydraulic oil is not good. In this case, it is possible to check whether the air enters the hydraulic system by starting the engine and turning the steering wheel to observe the fuel tank. If air bubbles are present in the fuel tank, it means that the air has entered the hydraulic system.
After the hydraulic system has been inspected, the piston and cylinder in the steering cylinder must be inspected. When the cylinder seal is worn or damaged, the internal leakage will increase, causing the steering cylinder to be slow. The method of inspection is to remove the steering cylinder and replace it with another excavator that is turning to normal for testing. If the steering is good after changing, there is no problem with the steering cylinder; if the steering is still slow after the replacement, the problem lies in the seal of the steering cylinder. At this time, the steering cylinder should be disassembled to check the damage of the piston and the seal, and whether the cylinder is strained.
If the steering pump leaks seriously, it can also cause the equipment to turn slowly. An important cause of leakage in the steering pump is that the gap between the side of the rotor and the side of the blade and the end face of the side plate is too large (the normal clearance should be within 0.047 mm and the maximum should not exceed 0.100 mm). The inspection method is: when the steering cylinder, the central rotary joint and the steering gear are all in good condition, a new pump is replaced for comparison test; if the steering performance is good after the replacement, the fault is proved to be on the steering pump and should be replaced. New pump.
When the above component failure problems have been checked and removed, only the final step of the steering motor should be checked in detail. When the working surface of the stator and the rotor or the working surface of the rotary valve is severely worn, the amount of high-pressure oil actually entering the steering cylinder is reduced, resulting in a slow steering action. If the performance of the steering cylinder and the central swivel joint is intact, the steering wheel can be killed after the engine is turned off. If the front wheel of the machine can be deflected immediately and the hand feel is not heavy, it means that the steering gear has a problem. Repair or replace.
