The vibrometer is used to measure the running condition of the CNC machine tool spindle, the operation of the motor, and even the operation of the whole machine. It can be based on the required parameters, vibration frequency and dynamic range, sensor installation conditions, and the bearing type of the machine tool (rolling bearing). Different types of sensors are selected for factors such as sliding bearings. Commonly used sensors are eddy current displacement sensors, magnetoelectric speed sensors, and piezoelectric acceleration sensors.
The standard for vibration measurement is generally the most convenient to use in the field is the absolute judgment standard, which is formulated for various typical objects, such as the international common standards ISO2372 and ISO3945.
The relative judgment standard applies to the same device. When the change in vibration value reaches 4 dB, the state of the device has been considered to have changed. Therefore, for low-frequency vibration, when the measured value reaches 1.5 to 2 times of the original value, it is the attention area, and about 4 times is the abnormal area; for high-frequency vibration, the original value is 3 times as the attention area, about 6 times. It is an abnormal area. Practice has shown that the more accurate and reliable way to evaluate machine status is to use relative standards.
Second, infrared thermometer
Infrared Temperature Measurement uses the principle of infrared radiation to convert the measurement of the surface temperature of the object into its measurement of the radiation power. The infrared detector and the corresponding optical system are used to receive the infrared radiation energy that is invisible to the measured object and turn it into Other forms of energy that are easy to detect are displayed and recorded.
According to the different response forms of infrared radiation, it is divided into two types: photodetector and thermal detector. Infrared thermometers are used to detect parts of CNC machine tools that are prone to heat, such as power modules, wire contacts, and spindle bearings.
Instruments that use the infrared principle to measure temperature include infrared thermal televisions, optical scanning thermal imaging cameras, and focal plane thermal imaging cameras. Infrared diagnosis is mainly determined by temperature judgment method, similar comparison method, file analysis method, relative temperature difference method and thermal image abnormal method.
Third, the laser interferometer
The laser interferometer can perform high-precision (position and geometry) accuracy correction on machine tools, three measuring machines and various positioning devices, and can complete measurement of various parameters, such as linear position accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, angle, straightness, vertical Degree, parallelism and flatness. Secondly, it also has some selection functions, such as automatic pitch error compensation (for most systems such as Weihong), machine tool dynamics measurement and evaluation, rotary coordinate indexing accuracy calibration, trigger pulse input and output functions, etc.
