In the past, our factory clamped the milling cutter on the milling machine by inserting the transition sleeve cutter shaft and the milling cutter into the milling machine spindle, and tightening the milling cutter by the cutter shaft. The problem with this is that when the tool is changed frequently, the cutter shaft must be unscrewed, which is time consuming and laborious. To this end, I designed a special quick-change fixture for milling machines, as shown. The above problem is solved very well.
