Shandong Solar Big Three Expansion Outside the Province

On December 23, the commemorative meeting of the 25th anniversary of the Shandong Sangle Group's business and the National Key Distributors Commendation Meeting was held in Haining, Zhejiang. It is reported that Haining is Sangle's first production base outside the province. At the same time, two other solar giants Huang Ming and Linuo have also stepped out of Shandong to “snraw” around the country.

Up to now, San Le has always been low-key in the country for three years to lay out nine million production bases. On the 23rd, in the plate collector factory of Sanile Zhejiang Haining Base, Sangle President Gao Jingping told reporters that five bases have been put into operation in nine bases nationwide, and the annual production capacity has exceeded 3 million sets/set. At the same time, Henan Base, Liaoning Base, Sichuan Base and the new base of Jinan Headquarters are also under intense construction.

At the same time, the other two Shandong solar giants Ming Ming and Linuo also performed different national expansion roadmaps.

In 2008, the Huang Ming Group launched its Qingdao International Research and Development Center project and launched an expansion plan to build factories in Wuhan, Hangzhou and Xi'an. Afterwards, Huang Ming launched a diversified expansion. With the "Sun Valley" project as the main body, Emperor Ming realized the expansion of solar energy manufacturing, real estate development, tourism and other fields.

Linuo expands in the fields of solar water heaters and heat collectors. In particular, the production of heat collection tubes has always occupied the status of the largest in China. There are currently 11 major bases and mid-high temperature projects under construction; solar water heaters have three domestic production bases in Jinan, Xiangyang, and Shanghai and an overseas production base in Cuba.

While Shandong enterprises "go global," many solar companies outside the province have also entered Shandong to seize the market. Haining's Tongji Sunshine in Zhejiang Province set up a production base north of Shandong and designed an annual production capacity of 300,000 units. Jiangsu Sun Rain also established a production base in Zhangzhou, which can process more than 30,000 solar vacuum tubes per day.

According to industry analysts, the transportation cost of solar water heaters is directly proportional to the sales radius. It is undoubted that the costs of transporting off-site production and off-site sales can significantly reduce transportation costs, and at the same time, the cost of supporting services can also be solved. This is the root cause of many manufacturers' decisions to expand.

International capital appeared in solar energy

After China's solar giants compete to compete in the country's “staking their claims”, from time to time there are international capital giants.

In 2009, in support of its national development strategy, Sangle had close contacts with several venture capital institutions including Standard Chartered Bank and Sequoia Capital, and brewing a listing plan; and a year ago, Huang Ming had accepted it. International investment institutions Goldman Sachs and Ding Hui have invested nearly US$100 million to implement the national strategy and international strategy of diversified expansion of the Himin Group.
