Precautions for construction acceptance of steel structure fasteners

First, the construction of ordinary fasteners:
1) For ordinary bolts used for permanent connection, when there is doubt about its quality or special requirements for design, it should be witnessed and sampled for re-inspection. The results of the re-inspection report should conform to the current national standard "fastener mechanical performance bolts, Screws and studs, GB3098.
2) The specifications of the rivets, nails and self-tapping screws used for the connection of thin steel plates shall be consistent with the connecting steel plates. The margins and spacing shall comply with the design requirements and standards.
3) When using ordinary bolts for permanent connection, it should be firm and stable and the external thread buckle should not be less than 2 buckles; the connection of self-tapping screws, nails and steel rivets and steel plates should be tightly packed and neatly arranged.
2. Before the steel structure is fabricated and installed, the construction unit shall re-test the anti-slip coefficient of the high-strength bolt-connecting friction surface. The treated friction surface shall be tested separately, and the test results shall meet the design requirements.

1) The final tightening torque should be checked within 48 hours after the high-strength hex bolt connection is twisted. The result should meet the requirements of Appendix B of the specification GB50205-2001; the number of torsion-cut high-strength bolts is not twisted after the final screw is twisted. Should be greater than 5% of the total number, and make a record.
2) The torque of the high-strength bolt connection pair shall comply with the requirements and design requirements of the national standard JGJ82. After the final screwing, the exposed bolts shall be controlled at 2-3 buckles, and the number of exposed threads 1 and 4 buckles shall not exceed 10%.
3) The friction surface of high-strength bolts shall not have defects such as dirt, iron oxide, welding smash, spatter, burr, etc.; bolt holes shall not be applied by electricity or gas welding, and the hole diameter shall not exceed 1.2d (d is the diameter).
4) The connection between the high-strength bolt and the ball joint used in the grid should be firm, and the depth of the screw in the ball should not be less than 1.0d. There should be no looseness or cracks at the joint.
5) All parts are not allowed to be thrown when working at height, to avoid falling and hurting people; to do anti-rust treatment in time after screwing, in the open air or in the environment affected by corrosive gas, the gap should be waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment.
6) It should be checked whether the friction surface meets the design requirements, whether the bolts and apertures used meet the design requirements, and it is strictly forbidden to use the high-strength bolts as temporary mounting bolts.
