4.3 System Operation Example
Taking the single-spindle horizontal machining center of the door-type tool magazine produced by Tianjin No.1 Machine Tool Plant as an example, the system operation is carried out. Figure 5 shows one of the combination forms of the machining center: the standard CNC indexing turntable combination. The system has three functions:
(1) Parametric 3D solid structure of each module of the machine tool, automatically generate graphic files and data files.
(2) Assemble the machine tool modules to obtain a complete machine with different performance. Automatically establish each coordinate system and achieve automatic conversion between them.
(3) Using the various expressions such as lighting and camera, the whole machine is displayed in all directions and the three-dimensional animation of each motion module to achieve realistic simulation results.

5 conclusions
(1) The general-purpose model of CNC machine tool module based on functional decomposition makes the module functional and structurally independent and hierarchical, thus ensuring the versatility and interchangeability of the module, and facilitating the assembly of variant products and organization of specialized production.
(2) Feature technology not only focuses on improving the geometric description ability of products, but also pays more attention to expressing the complete technology and production management information of products, realizing the integration of product information model and data sharing within the system.
