First, the quality of the power battery itself causes safety problems. The mechanism of power battery reserve energy is electrochemical, and there are safety hazards in the electrochemical reaction process. At present, the power battery system is a string of thousands of single cells, so that it is guaranteed to be consistent. Therefore, the research of battery management system (BMS) is still a world-class problem. Under the current state of the art, the battery management system does not guarantee the safety of the power battery. To ensure the safety of the power battery, the main measure is to ensure the battery design and product quality. The battery manufacturer must strictly control the quality, and the products with unqualified quality must not be out of the factory. Similarly, battery packs that fail to pass the safety can not be shipped out of the factory.
Second, the safety problem caused by the unreasonable arrangement of the power battery on the vehicle. The power battery is arranged in the car. The violent movement of the car places the power battery in a very harsh environment. If the power battery is unreasonably arranged on the car, the possibility of safety problems of the battery will be amplified.

Otherwise, serious safety hazards will not be avoided.
Fourth, the unreasonable charging method of the power battery may present a safety hazard. The safety indicator for power battery charging is stipulated by the charging rate instead of how much ampere current is used to charge. Power battery charging has a regular curve, when can be fast charging, when can only be slow charging, when it can not charge, there are strict requirements.
