( 2 ) Containers, pipes and equipment that have been loaded with or have flammable, flammable liquids, gases, and chemical hazards shall not be welded unless they have been thoroughly cleaned and replaced. When necessary, blinds must also be set up for isolation.

( 3 ) It is forbidden to carry out welding in hazardous locations where there may be flammable vapors, gases, dust, or open flames. 3 , electrical equipment

( 5 ) It is forbidden to use electric stoves and electric heating appliances on the construction site and living area.

( 6 ) When electrical equipment and wiring are inspected frequently and found to cause sparks, short-circuits, heat, and insulation damage, they must be repaired immediately.

( 7 ) The electrical equipment for the construction site shall be provided with a lightning protection grounding device according to the provisions, and the impact grounding resistance value shall not be greater than 30 .

4 , material storage yard and warehouse

( 1 ) Material yards and warehouses must strictly abide by the Rules for the Management of Fire Safety of Storehouses.

( 2 ) Familiar with the nature of stored articles, fire protection requirements in storage and fire extinguishing methods, and store them strictly according to their nature, packaging, fire-extinguishing methods, storage fire protection requirements and sealing conditions, etc. Items with conflicting properties are prohibited to be mixed together.
