Party A and Party B shall, in order to ensure civilized construction, safety management of fire safety and security, and high-altitude operation safety management, sign safety agreements in accordance with relevant regulations, and the two parties shall abide by them.
First, Party A's responsibilities:
1. According to the safety management regulations for fire safety and security and the safety management regulations for aerial work, the company has the right to supervise the construction of Party B and require Party B to carry out the construction according to the construction plan. If Party B fails to carry out the construction according to the construction plan, or violates relevant safety regulations or conducts illegal construction, it has the right to stop Party B's construction.
2, does not assume any costs and all related responsibilities in the construction.
Second, the responsibility of the B
1. The construction plan should be called Party A to record, and Party A should be provided with a list of construction personnel and the qualification certificates of the relevant types of work.
2. A person in charge of safety on the construction site shall be identified to be responsible for the safety education and construction training of construction personnel, to ensure the safety of the construction site, and to perform supervision, inspection, and coordination of civilized construction, safety management of fire safety, and safety management of aerial work.
3, to ensure that all materials meet the relevant national testing standards.
4. Persons with mental illness, dementia, labor reform, reeducation through labor, under-care personnel, probation, parole, execution outside prison, bail pending trial, medical treatment outside the home, criminal detention, etc. shall not be employed for construction.
5, to ensure that in the construction to eliminate barefoot and other uncivilized phenomenon, construction workers should do a good job of personal hygiene.
6. The responsibility for the safety of construction workers during the construction process shall be the responsibility of Party B.
7. If the damage is caused to a third party (person or object) within the scope of construction, Party B shall be responsible for the consequences and bear all responsibility; if Party A's original equipment and finished products are damaged, Party B shall be responsible for the damaged goods. Make compensation.
8. During the construction, Party B shall not use the open fire operation or store flammable or explosive materials in private. If the construction needs require the use of open flame operations, Party B shall obtain the consent of Party A in advance and submit a written application for approval before use. . And Party B sent someone to take charge of on-site construction safety to ensure safety and no accidents. If Party B privately uses open flames, private storage of items such as inflammable and explosive, all consequences shall be the responsibility of Party B.
9. During the construction, Party B shall not randomly expand the construction area, and it is forbidden to plug traffic and building safety evacuation passages. Various construction materials and equipment shall not be randomly disposed. The various wastes and articles left over from the construction should be cleaned up on the day of construction to ensure the cleanliness of the construction site.
10. During the construction, Party B shall ensure electricity safety, strictly prevent electric shock accidents, eliminate all hidden dangers, conduct regular safety inspections on the site, and shall not randomly pull, access temporary power lines, bare wires, or directly plug in power outlets. All the consequences caused by Party B's inadvertent use of electricity are the responsibility of Party B.
11. During the construction process, Party B shall not arbitrarily demolish or modify the mobile fire-fighting facilities and equipment.
12. Party B shall bear all responsibilities and be responsible for compensation for the consequences of construction site confusion, accidents, etc. due to reasons such as poor management. If things are serious, Party A and Party B have the right to order their suspension and rectification, and assist the judicial department to investigate the criminal responsibility of the relevant personnel.
13. The operations carried out by Party B during construction by persons who are more than two meters above the ground are all high-altitude operations. All high-altitude operators, no matter what type of work, the time and place of operation, and regardless of professional or temporary, should implement safety regulations for work at height.
14. Construction workers engaged in high-altitude operations must undergo physical examination. Those who suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, fear of heights, and other people who do not adapt to work at heights are not allowed to engage in work at heights.
15. Open-air work should be stopped in any of the following situations:
(1) Lightning, thunder, heavy rain;
(2) Strong winds above level 6;
(3) The rain on the steel pipe is not dry;
(4) Other situations in which danger may occur.
When the above situation is over, the safety personnel and relevant technicians must check the various operating equipment and confirm that there are no problems before the construction can be resumed.
16. At worksites at heights, hazardous areas should be designated, obvious signs should be set up, and irrelevant personnel should not be allowed to enter.
17. All construction personnel who frequently work at heights should be equipped with tool bags. Small tools used in aerial work should be loaded into the tool bags. Tools on steel pipes or scaffolds must not be placed indiscriminately.
18. Before climbing the work, you should carefully check the climbing tools and safety equipment, such as safety helmets, safety belts, ladders, springboards, scaffolds, etc. If you do not meet the requirements, you should immediately improve or stop the climbing work.
19. All high-altitude workers are not allowed to wear hard-soled shoes and all use safety belts. Seat belts should be used high and low, that is to say, the hooks at the end of the safety belts should be hung at a high position, and construction workers should work at lower positions.
20. When welders are welding at altitudes of more than two meters, they must find a suitable place to hang their seat belts. If there is indeed no place to wear a seat belt and there is no other way to solve the seat belt, other protective measures should be taken to ensure safe operation.
21. For high-altitude welding, the lower flammable and explosive materials must be transferred to a safe area first, and corresponding measures must be taken to ensure that the metal or sparks cut off do not hurt or cause a fire accident.
22. Welding electrodes used by electric welders should be installed in the electrode barrel and used with it. The remaining welding head should be installed in the iron box or in a suitable place. Take it down after work.
23. Aerial workers are not allowed to throw objects from the ground to the ground, nor are they allowed to parabolic objects from the ground to high altitudes. They should use ropes, baskets, overhead vehicles or cranes to transfer objects. In special cases, if objects must be thrown from high altitude to the ground, the ground should be guarded to ensure no harm to others and damage to the equipment.
24. Small equipment (such as gourds, jacks, etc.) used for aerial work should be placed in proper place and used with ropes. The wire is firmly bound.
25, standing on the springboard, should not stand at the end of the springboard. No more than two people can stand on the same board.
26, should try to avoid the top and bottom simultaneously. If unavoidable, special shelters or other isolation measures must be provided between the upper and lower floors, and tools and objects must not be stacked on the upper floors. Otherwise, workers should be guaranteed not to work under the same vertical line.
27, guards and signs should be set at the entrances and holes of high-altitude operation areas to prevent stumbling.
28. Under the aerial working area, it is forbidden to pile scaffolds, springboards or other sundries. Ground personnel should be prohibited from staying or passing directly under the aerial work area.
29. When carrying out cleaning work at high altitudes, appropriate preventive measures shall be taken to prevent tools and appliances from falling and to ensure that the cleaning fluid and dirt do not cause pollution or damage to the buildings or roads below.
30. It is forbidden to play frantically at high altitude operations, and it is forbidden to sleep in high altitude work areas.

4. This agreement will come into effect on the date of signing and will terminate on its own when the project is completed.
