Feed mill efficient milling cutter

ISCAR recently introduced the Feed Mill high-efficiency milling cutter, which uses a triangular insert with a large R with a maximum feed of 3.5 mm per tooth and a maximum depth of cut of 2 mm. The cutting force of the Feed Mill cutter acts in the axial direction. Therefore, even if the tool has a large extension length, vibration is unlikely to occur, and large feed cutting can be performed. The bottom of the blade has a cylindrical convex portion which is tightly fixed to the insert groove and has a large clamping force, and is excellent in stability under large feed cutting conditions. The tool diameter is 40 to 80 mm.
