Performance advantages: composite explosion-proof structure, high safety performance, full-rated working voltage: 220V, 380V
Rated heating current: 6,10,16A
1. All the switches above the explosion-proof operation box should be flexible and reliable, and there should be no noise during use. Each connector should be free from looseness. The wire at the end of the connecting wire of the moving contact should have no breakage.
2. When replacing the fuse, make the fuse current match the current of the circuit.
3. There are different voltages on the control box (DC 110V; AC single-phase 220V; three-phase AC). The circuit must be distinguished during maintenance to prevent short circuit accidents.
4. Disconnect the power supply and check that the cabinet of the control cabinet is grounded reliably and that the grounding resistance is not greater than 4Ω.
5. Use a soft brush or blower to clear the dust on the panel insert and all electromagnetic switch parts, and check the state of the electrical switch contacts in the control box, the contact condition, the insulation of the coil surface, and the movement of the mechanical parts. It is also necessary to carry out some simple maintenance on the explosion-proof operation box, so that its service life will be longer and the safety performance can also be guaranteed!
Brominated flame retardants (BFRs) are organobromine compounds that have an inhibitory effect on the ignition of combustible organic materials. Of the commercialized chemical flame retardants, the brominated variety are most widely used. They are very effective in plastics and textile applications, e.g. electronics, clothes and furniture. BFRs are commonly used in electronic products as a means of reducing the flammability of the product.
Types of applications
The electronics industry accounts for the greatest consumption of BFRs. In computers, BFRs are used in four main applications: in printed circuit boards, in components such as connectors, in plastic covers, and in cables. BFRs are also used in a multitude of products, including, but not exclusively, plastic covers of television sets, carpets, pillows, paints, upholstery, and domestic kitchen appliances.
