In order to meet the customer's requirements, the ancient tin process used is also constantly improving. The process is now introduced to peers.
2 process flow
Inspect a degreasing-cleaning-electroplating tin-cleaning-oxidation-blackening-cleaning-polishing-cleaning-drying-drying-varnish-drying-inspection.
2.1 Degreasing
The product is placed in a clean hexagonal prismatic drum, the water level is slightly higher than the product, plus 10 ~ 20mL / L industrial net wash King and 5 ~ 10mL / L industrial sulfuric acid, to 35 ~ 45r/min speed rolling ~ 2h. The upper and lower limits of the dosage of the medicament and the rolling time were determined according to the oil contamination of the product.
2.2 Plating Tin
The tin plating formula is simple, the plating solution is stable, it is easy to maintain, and the operation is simple. Only the clean tap water can be used for preparation, no refrigeration equipment is needed, the working temperature range is wide, and the deposition speed is fast. The tin layer is only used as an intermediate layer, and semi-gloss is preferred for easy oxidation and blackening.
2.3 Oxidation black
The blackening process is applicable to various tin plating layers, and does not need to be activated for 2 to 3 minutes with hydrazine=505/0 hydrochloric acid. Tin-plated products can be directly oxidized and colorized after being washed with water. The tin blackening agent is a catalyst containing a small amount of copper salts and traces of non-metal oxides but no arsenic, lead or antimony.
2.4 Polishing
Its purpose is to make the two-color (bump white, concave black) more obvious. The product is placed in a hexagonal prismatic PVC drum, the water level is slightly higher than the product, plus 5 ~ 15g / L brush color powder and 0.1 ~ lmL / L industrial washing King, to 35 ~ 45r / min speed at Roll at room temperature for 3 to 15 minutes (depending on customer requirements), then wash and dry.
2.5 varnish
According to customer requirements, the cover is covered with a layer of glossy, semi-gloss or matt varnish. Dry naturally for 30 min and re-incubate in an oven at 120°C for 30 min.
