Electric double head sawing machine

Our factory produces steel-cored aluminum stranded wire, which requires a large number of steel-wood cable drums to wind aluminum wire. When processing the cable reel (disk diameter d_1=140mm), a large number of cable disc side plates (fan-shaped plates are shown in Figure 1) need to be processed. The inner and outer diameters of each side plate have a certain angle, and the inner diameter angle is 45°. The diameter angle is 60°. In order to meet the production needs, our factory made an electric double-head saw trigger. The inner and outer circle of the side plate of the sawing cable disc: the minimum diameter of the inner circle is φ550mm; the maximum diameter of the outer circle is 1800mm. The workpiece rotary motor is 2.2kW.
