Adding nutrient solution by soaking method, only need to press the weight in the bag after immersing in the nutrient solution, but the soaking time should not be too long. If the bag is too much water, it can be soaked several times.
The acupoint method is mainly used on the bed of bacteria. This method can be used when the mushroom bed has more mushrooms and the water and nutrient consumption is too large. The specific method is as follows: the bacteria bed is drilled at a hole distance of 10 cm, and the prepared nutrient solution is filled into the bacteria bed, and the nutrient solution is added to cover the soil.
The concentration should be appropriate: the nutrient solution concentration is too high, not only the hyphae absorption is difficult, but also hinders or even damages the hyphae; if the concentration is too low, the effect is not obvious, and the high yield is not achieved. The concentration of the nutrient solution is also determined by the water content of the culture material. If the water content of the culture material is high, increase the concentration of the nutrient solution, reduce the water consumption, and increase the ventilation after adding the nutrient solution. On the contrary, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced and the water consumption should be increased.
Nutrient fluid nutrients should be comprehensive: several nutrient solutions should be used alternately, so that the nutrients obtained by the fruiting bodies are comprehensive and reasonable. If hormones are used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, they should be used after supplementing the nutrient solution.
Pay attention to changes in the environment: when the temperature reaches 20 °C or above, it is difficult to form high-quality fruit bodies (except for high-temperature edible fungi), and no nutrient solution can be added. If the culture material has been contaminated with bacteria, it is necessary to remove the bacteria before adding the nutrient solution. In order to prevent contamination of the bacteria, a certain amount of bacteriostatic agent can also be added at the same time as the nutrient solution is added to prevent the growth of the bacteria.
