Domestic Monomer Production of Maximum Nitro Fertilizer Production Plant

Recently, the largest single nitro fertilizer production unit in China was completed and put into operation at Jinzhengda Noel Company in Pan’an County, Guizhou Province. After the project is put into production, it will be able to release 600,000 tons of nitro-compound fertilizer production capacity each year to make up for the gap in the market demand. At the same time, it will accelerate the development and promotion of this new type of fertilizer in China.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 5.96 billion yuan, which will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will start construction in November 2011. It adopts a self-developed decomposing phosphate ore process, and after grading and compressing the decomposed slurry, it is directly used for the production of nitro compound fertilizer, which greatly reduces the production cost. At the same time, the project will optimize the integration of technological processes in all aspects of the phosphorus resource industry chain, deep processing of production waste products, and production of by-products such as cement and alkaline fertilizers to achieve upstream and downstream recycling of the phosphorus chemical industry.

Jin Lianda Group Chairman Wan Lianbu said that the 600,000 tons of nitro-nitrogen compound fertilizer project of Kim Jungda Group is a strategic project of the Kim Jongda Group and assumes the strategic mission of enterprise transformation, upgrading and development. The project follows the principle of “high starting point planning, high level design, and high standard construction”. On the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technologies from Europe and the United States, it achieved a breakthrough in key production technology and achieved more than 10 invention patents.

“With the continuous increase in the compounding rate of domestic fertilizers, the annual demand for nitro-nitrogen fertilizers is increasing year by year. At present, there are more than 50 nitro-compound fertilizer manufacturers in China, with a total production capacity of approximately 9 million tons, and a market demand of 3,000 tons. There is still a huge gap in 10,000 tons.” Li Rong, director of the Department of Soil Fertility at the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center, introduced that as a new type of fertilizer, the nitro compound fertilizer has the characteristics of high efficiency, water saving, environmental protection, and strong applicability to solve dry land. Drought resistance and water conservation issues in farming and the development of water-saving agriculture have an important role.

At the launching ceremony, Kim Jong-tauk also signed a cooperation agreement with the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. The two sides will work closely together in the development of agriculture, new fertilizers and microbiology technologies, and further strengthen technical exchanges, carry out research personnel exchange plans and annual exchange visit plans, and carry out international Talent research cooperation.
