Together with the preparation of the site in the previous period, Fuhua Mining invested a total of nearly 10 million yuan and built 6 new light-burning dolomite production lines. These six production lines use high-efficiency iron kilns. It is understood that the cost of each kiln is about 700,000-800,000 yuan, far exceeding the production cost of the earthen kiln used in traditional production.
At present, the basic civil works have been completed, and the installation and production of the kiln is underway. It is expected to be put into operation at the end of the year. After the production, each kiln will have about 200 tons of output per day, and the production volume is four times that of the traditional earthen kiln.
The main business of Fuhua Mining is talc mining and deep and fine processing of various powders. In addition, export operations such as soapstone, wollastonite, chlorite, potassium sodium feldspar and zeolite are widely carried out. The construction of this light burnt dolomite production line has enriched the company's products and expanded the scope of customer procurement, which will be an important milestone in the company's history.
