The use of artificially stripped flat wire insulation paint is time consuming and labor intensive. To this end, we have made a cutting machine that strips the flat wire insulation paint layer, which is described below: The flat copper wire with insulating varnish (Fig. 1) is 6.2 mm wide and 3.2 mm thick. After stripping the insulating lacquer layer, the bare conductor has a width of 6 mm, a thickness of 3 mm, and a length of 5 to 12 mm. Wire specifications vary depending on the specifications of the electrical components. The structure of the cutting machine is shown in Fig. 2, which is composed of a shield 3, end mills 4 and 6, an adjustment sleeve 5, a clamp 10, and a base 11. Working principle: The motor 1 rotates and drives the release of two end mills. When the milling cutter cuts into the insulating lacquer layer of the wire 9, the wire 9 is fed axially, and the insulating layer is continuously cut until the desired length is reached. Adjusting sleeve 5 is used to change the ends of the flat wire
Threaded rods, also known as tooth bar, Screw, full thread stud, etc., has no head, and is a fastener with full thread on the threaded post and guide angle at both ends. It is generally used as the connection between thicker parts and is mostly used for fastening in the mechanical industry.
