I. Environment and equipment:
The production of crystal glass must be carried out in a clean room with an area of ​​at least 10 square meters. The larger ones are not limited. The indoor light is required to be good, dust-free and well ventilated. One or two ventilation fans should be installed, and air conditioners can be installed under conditions. The room temperature should be controlled above 20C.
One or more self-made consoles, each with a height of 800-850 mm, the table area is generally 1500*1000 mm, the self-purchasing balance is used for weighing, and the plastic measuring cups are used for toning, color table. One 500*1000 mm, one cool glass frame.
Second, the vertical line glass and color:
It can be used with float glass or sandblasted glass and embossed glass.
The vertical line material is divided into two parts, A and B. When using, the amount of material is first taken, and a few drops of medical talcum powder and dripping pigment are added (the color of the line is added with the corresponding pigment) to make it mix and reserve. Then use the special tool to set up the line according to the drawing. The color of the line material is different and the effect is different.
After the line is dry, the pigment is filled, and the coloring material is a colorless transparent body. After being diluted, it is placed in a plastic measuring cup, and the amount depends on the size of the glass area, and is adjusted once for use. When filling the color, it should be in the order of warming and then cooling, so that no filler is wasted.
Third, the process:
1. Drafting draft (line drawing), the size of which is the same as the glass to be made. The draft is laid on the console (the table is horizontal) and the glass is placed on the draft.
2. Use the adjusted wire material to align the draft line below. Pay special attention to practicing straight lines, perfect circles, and joints. After the vertical line is dry, the lower white paper is filled on the platform. In summer, the temperature is high, the air is dry, and when filling a large area, the speed is fast, otherwise there are seams.
3, repair: the line is not straight or need to be trimmed, can be repaired with a single-sided security razor blade, the color is wrong, can be scraped and refilled with a blade before it is dry.
4. Transition color: When two or more pigments are needed for transition, the same concentration and different color fillers can be prepared, and the color mixture can be mixed in order to slowly infiltrate naturally, and the transition is natural.
5, phantom glass: that is, on the painted glass, evenly sprinkle the glitter powder when the pigment is not dry, that is, get a brilliant effect.
6, double-sided two-color: If the decorative glass needs two sides of two colors, you can add rainbow powder and pigment, evenly spread, dry and Serve.
