With the increasing demand for machining speed, machining accuracy and surface quality in the mold industry and aviation industry and the development of high-speed machining technology, CNC machine tools and robot manufacturers are faced with the need to achieve higher machining speeds while ensuring machining accuracy. And the subject of surface quality.
In general, the vibration and vibration of CNC machine tools have subtle but very clear differences (Figure 1): Low-frequency motion within the motor's bandwidth is often called vibration, which can be eliminated and suppressed while maintaining the mechanical structure. High-frequency motion above the motor bandwidth is often referred to as vibration, and it is often necessary to modify the mechanical structure to increase the rigidity of the machine to reduce vibration. Vibration of CNC machine tools or robots can increase workpiece machining time, surface quality and even accuracy.

This paper will take a five-axis CNC machine tool as an example, focusing on the new technology of vibration control based on acceleration sensor for high-speed CNC machine tools.
1. DAS (Direct Acceleration Sensor) acceleration sensor
Traditionally, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) can be used to measure inertia or even vibration. However, due to the large size, high cost, and narrow measurement frequency range of the inertial measurement unit, it is difficult to use in the numerical control machine tool and robot industry. The DAS accelerometer is very suitable for CNC machine tools. It has a compact size (about 100x100x30 mm) and a measurement frequency range close to the motor frequency (about 100 Hz) and a small cost of the CNC machine. Cost 5%) and other characteristics. At the same time, due to the use of Ethernet technology, the data acquisition frequency of the DAS accelerometer is about 100 Mb/s, which can meet the high requirements of the numerical control system for the sampling period.
In terms of hardware structure, the DAS accelerometer is arranged by a large number of plane linear accelerometers, which can measure linear acceleration and angular acceleration, and can measure up to six axes. In terms of software functions, the DAS accelerometer has a rich DAS API library function, which can communicate with the computer through Ethernet UDP and simple client/server protocol, allowing users to develop multiple applications under Windows and Linux, and complete more complicated work. .

Eppendorf tip refill is designed, developed and produced to perfectly match most brands of pipettes. The refill tower tip is suitable for most brands of pipetting systems to ensure pipetting accuracy. The sterile refill tower Pipette tip uses medical-grade plastic packaging to protect the Pipette Tips from contamination. The pipette tip refill is sterile, free of DNA, DNase, RNase, endotoxin or ATP. It can be autoclaved at 121 °C/250 °F (2bar) and sterilized by heat and humidity, in accordance with DIN EN 285. Environmentally friendly packaging. According to the IVD Directive 98/79, it has the European Union CE mark.
Compared with ordinary carton packaging, the refill tips system can save 60% of laboratory space and 70% of plastic. Without touching the tips, you can refill the shelf with one hand. Refill Pipette Tips can be used with universal carrier boxes.
